Breakthrough bleeding

Okay. So I'm continuously taking BC (MonoNessa) and this is my third month now and I haven't stopped breakthrough bleeding for the past two months. I'm supposed to have my period this month and then continue taking it continuously for the next three months, and so on. Will the breakthrough bleeding be more regulated after this period.... or worse?? I'm so annoyed by it and I'm wasting much more money on panty-liners than I ever did on tampons/pads, not to mention the amount of insecurity it has added on to my emotions. Should I wait it out a little longer or should I have my OBGYN switch me??
