Birth control, Pregnancy.

My boyfriend and i had sex the day i ended my period(Saturday) He came inside of me, twice. But on Monday, i get birth control(the shot), will anything happen? knowing im not "fertile" but my Doctor told me since i called her that night that once i get the shot, the hormones that come with it, will "terminate" the pregnancy, or the chance of me being pregnant. Also, when i went to go take a shower and too pee....it felt as if discharge was coming out. I throughly rinsed down there with the shower head just incase.
