I'm terrified.... is this a miscarriage? 💔

Last night when I wiped I noticed it had a slight color to it, as scared as I am to any and everything I investigated a little bit, I was having dark brown discharge... just when I wiped though. Then this morning I check again and it was dark brown and slightly red... I've been up since maybe 9 going back to sleep and waking up it's 12 now and Ive been bleeding red and just passed a blood clot, not really cramping so much but did have 1 sharp pain up my vaginal area when i stood up once, I'm trying to remain optimistic by reading stories and I've never had a miscarriage and also have a healthy son who I had no complications with. Please someone ease my mind a little I don't want to think the worst. I don't want to experience the pain of losing a child.
