4 weeks 1 day, feeling guilty

I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out July 29th. My husband and I were not going to start trying until September because I'm a teacher and wanted to try and have a summer baby. I told my husband I was in my fertile window in July (baby conceived July 17) and he ignored me and did what he wanted to anyway. I wasn't mad with him at all because if we did get pregnant sooner I would be just as happy. Anyhow I was put under anesthesia and told it would have been too early to affect a baby if I was pregnant. I was also taking a lot of ibuprofen the past week. I was supposed to get my period yesterday and didn't so I tested this morning and got a faint positive. Am I in my head about hurting the baby?! I'm taking two more tests tomorrow morning and not telling hubby till Wednesday!
