Hi ladies! I just started getting super nauseous and at the same time, I'm always super hungry. What do y'all eat if you have he same problem. Especially if no one is home and you gotta fend for yourself lol

I lived on popsicles and ensures. Yeah I know it's not a well balanced meal but the ensures gave me the nutrients I needed at the time.
