Early pregnancy symptoms!?

Hey! So I'm not 100% sure if I ovulated on August 1... (I believe I did by symptoms).. anyways August 4 I had "yeast infection"/ "UTI" symptoms. I had a weird "woosh" of discharge, it was so much I was soaked. It was watery, a bit creamy and some chunks of white. There was no smell. I looked and the vulva was bright red. Had a tiny bit itching and "burning" but it was ever so slight! I did buy those over the counter UTI tests and were negative for UTI, but showed Positive for Leukocytes... anyways my symptoms sort of diminished... has anyone ever experienced this as a early pregnancy symptom? (I have only had 1 UTI in my adult life and I was pregnant with my daughter at that time. I can't recall me having a yeast infection)
