When does baby flip upside for birth?

Hey all, just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this subject, when I went to my 26 week appointment my midwife told me that the baby was breech but not to worry as there is plenty of time for turning, I am now 30 weeks and I feel like he is still breech (all kicks are low down) 
Is there a certain stage where they expect the baby to be in the birth position?

I don't know what week it is but try sitting on a birthing ball it opens up your hips and make them wider so the Baby has more room to go down. I don't know if it's what helped make sure my son was where he was supposed to be but after I started getting bigger I would set on a birthing ball it was comfortable and I think it can help

My daughter flipped breech 3 times during the third trimester. She finally flipped head down for the last time at around 37 weeks.

At my last appointment at 29 weeks my doctor said she is head down

My doctor told me that by 36 weeks, they should be head down. Usually after that they don't have room to turn on their own. I'm 35.5 and he's breech.

Yea my baby was breech from 26 to 28 then around 30 weeks he all over the place one min breech and the next he flipped again
