Needing some help please..

Ok here's my info if anyone can give they're input it would be appreciated..   - spotted on March 6-9 bled 10-12 started clomid march 10th. Felt lower right ovulation cramps on 20th had sex he ejaculated in me. Then tested positive on ovulation stick 21&22 since about the 24 I've had very sensitive nipples.. 28-29 slept all day had minor cramps again in lower right area again very wet all week. Kept feeling like I'd start and is go check and is have white in my panties. 30th felt hotflashes, 31 hotflashes and nauseous, on April 1st I went to bathroom and I had this glob when I wiped ( pic attached) then April 2nd light brown spotting when I wiped and today light on off cramps a few times on right side a few times I've had a fast shooting pain there too. Today April 3 period is due and I've had a little brown when I wipe and black strings.. I've tested 6 times thru out week all negative. Does this sound like pregnancy or just a weird month???
