Depends if you did it when you were ovulating. Just cause glow says youare, doesn't mean you actually are ovulating. I recommend not posting in teens even if you are 17/18/19 Bc people will think your some 14 year old trying to trick your bf into haveing a kid. It also takes a healthy couple on Average a year to concieve. Good luck

He could have fertility issues. 
Or you might not have been ovulating, which lowers the chances of pregnancy significantly. 
It takes the average couple about a year of trying to conceive, so really not that big of a deal. 
If you're not looking for a pregnancy please use birth control...

Every month there is a small percentage of actually getting pregnant. If you weren't ovulating or close to ovulating you would not conceive. I've had unprotected sex for about 5 months and I'm only 18 with no pregnancy.
