Names

My fiancé and I had tried for a baby for a year before finding out we were expecting. With that being said, we have had names picked out well before I was pregnant. We were waiting until later in the pregnancy to tell names, just because so many people are quick to judge.

Yet, in the weeks before announcing our sons name, four people we know announced their names.. and they are the same. Has anyone else experienced this, and gotten a little irritated?

We had Harper for a girl and Jaxon for a boy. Since we are expecting a boy, we are still going with Jaxon, yet it seems like everyone is naming their son that lately.

Is it bad to be a little frustrated with the sudden popularity of a name you've had picked out for now a year and eight months? I feel like I'm making something out of nothing.
