First period after miscarriage?

How long was it before your period returned after miscarriage? I was 9 weeks pregnant when I had my d&c and it has been a month since my d&c. Should I expect it soon?

I miscarried on Feb 16th and still haven't gotten my period. I was 12 weeks pregnant but babies heart stopped at 9

I miscarried on 3/5, one day before 9 weeks. I had a natural MC. I just started my period again today. So 5 weeks exactly for me.

I miscarried 3/1 at 12 weeks, baby was measuring less, I think I lost it around 9 weeks and I started mine Thursday and had spotting the week before so 4 w 2days post d/c

It honestly varies from person to person, and it can take a few cycles before its back to normal.  For me, my body decided to act like I was never pregnant in the first place. My miscarriage started October 4, bled for 9 days. November 5 aunt flo arrived like shed never left. Only thing ive nooticed different is that my cramps went from being mildly annoying before miscarriage to the first two days feeling like im being jabbed with pokers after miscarriage

It seems to be 4-6 weeks for most people. It was 5 weeks for me but I had a natural mc. I'm sorry for your loss. 💗
