Low hcg Levels

anyone else dealing with the stress of low hcg Levels? at 4-5 weeks, only 144 here. am to go back tomorrow morning for a 48 hour recheck. this is totally opposite of my 1st pregnancy where I had sky high levels. I'm not handling this news well, even though everything still could be perfectly fine.
