High Blood Sugar?

Hey I am 11w2d pregnant now. Sunday I went out for ice cream with my grandmother and on the way home I got a headache and felts sick. I assumed it was morning sickness. My grandmother, who is diabetic, checked my blood sugar and it was 192. I know I had just eaten a small ice cream cone and everything, but she says that it is too high. My mother, grandmother, and sisters are diabetic; however, I've never had sugar issues before. Is this something I should contact my doctor about? I don't want to be a nuisance lol
