Worried. Advice Please

My period was suppose to show up around 26-29th. It didn't. I've taken five pregnancy test all negative. My period is usually normal however in the past three weeks; I've had dental surgery, taken several opioid painkillers, but that was almost two weeks ago. Still no period. Took another test yesterday negative. Today my nipples are sensitive and my cervix is low.

I also have been taking my anxiety and depression meds irregularly.

Can any of this cause my period to be late!? Thanks
