HELP?! SORE OVARIES AFTER MASTURBATING

Hi girls! 
Recently have noticed that every time I masturbate my ovaries start to become sore for a bit!!! Does anyone actually know why?

Not entirely sure tbh, but it's been happening to me abit more... I've noticed it's more obvious or consistent when my periods near.
