Headaches and lightheaded 3rd trimester

So I've noticed on and off this week I've been feeling off. Kinda lightheaded and getting headaches but only seems to be in the mornings. I take a BP medicine so thought maybe my blood pressure is off. Checked yesterday evening and it was fine, decided to check this morning and it's 133/89 so not horrible. Anyone else experience this?
