My previous company offered 6 weeks 66% maternity leave pay. Just found out my current company offers ZERO pay. I'm freaking out. If I take the full 3 months off it'll be almost 15k of pay checks I'll be missing. I don't want to return to work after 6 weeks but I also don't feel like I can allow that much money to just not be earned?? What do I do? What do the US mamas here plan to do? I know other countries have much better leave deals than the US.
