Evap? Waited about an hour to look

I took the test, checked it is say a little too early and then came back an hour later...think it's just an evap?

My test showed negative so left it on the side and an hour later it showed the faintest line which I then took a digital and was a positive! I ignore all of this 3 minute thing, took ages for my line to appear

You do get evaps. Especially when you take them apart.
