Severe cold help!! :(

I thought it was allergies, but it's not. Low grade
fever
, congested, runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes..
Any advice on what to take? I'm getting mixed signals on Sudafed and Robitussin stuff. Using the netti pot isn't helping much. Also tylenol for fever.
Severe cold help!! :(
