Single mom

I just found out I'm 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant, which is still really early I know... and it also looks like I'm going to be a single mom 💔😩 I mean I'm not too worried because I'm currently 22, I'll be 23 when I deliver. I have 2 jobs.. I have my own apartment, my own car, and pay my own bills. But this definitely is still heartbreaking.. any advice from other young single moms would be great.
