Going Vegan!!!


I'm so excited! I'm looking forward to saving the lives of many animals, being healthier, and happier in general. I'd appreciate some advice and tips to get started. I've always hated eating meat since I was 6, so this isn't much of a change. Some vegan foods I've tried and don't like, so I need tips on how to easily get your body adapted or moreso tastebuds. Also I have a few questions, my mom thinks animal protein and plant protein are two different things...is this true? As in you won't get enough protein?
