PUTTING HAIR UP AT NIGHT??

How do you put your hair up at night? I have very long, thick hair that is more or less straight with some wave to it. The only way I can ever think to put it up is either a braid or a bun. Both hurt my head at night and either leave my hair looking crimped or leave dents or make my bangs look crazy. What do you guys do??

I put my hair up in a bun like everyday or a pony tail if I didn't straighten my hair

I always braid my hair in either a standard 3 strand braid or a french braid.
I wake up and style as needed the next morning.

I do a pony at the nape of my neck and then twist the hair into a cylinder like shape and wrap it in a "donut" around itself, then tuck the ends under the hair tie. It gives it nice waves.

I use a silk cap, it works well for me.
