Please I need Reassurance!!😢😢

This morning I went to use the bathroom to of course pee. I went to wipe and I was spotting pink. Now I've just stopped. I'm worrying and I'm about to cry and have a break down. Cause my boobs and nipples usually hurt and now they don't please some help me.😢😢😢😭😭 P.S I'm already pregnant. I've taken a test and all
