Help me out?
I have an important question...
After pregnancy, how long did it take you to get back into shape/working out after first (optional number of pregnancies) pregnancies? You see.. I just got started on this 30 day challenge thing and I just really want to lose the belly pregnancy fat. Is it possible to get rid of it without surgery?! I'm doing squats/lunges/planks/bridges/sit-ups/crunches/stairs.. and ect soon. Any recommendations???? Please help out! I would like to fit back into my jeans and look good!
