Can't sleep at night, not tired??
So, recently I can't get to sleep until after 2 am unless I use zzzquil, which I don't want to use every night because it's expensive. I just don't get tired until early in the morning. Even on 3 hours of sleep though, I wake up at 8:30am and I feel well rested. I tried Google already; I don't think it's insomnia, because I'm not exhausted. I need to figure this out though, because I start back school on Monday and have to start getting up at 6am.
I do get sleepy at night, but not tired enough to sleep. I've tried not to nap during the day to see if it helps, but it's not really working. I've even tried going to bed at 9pm.
I just wanna sleep like a normal person! 😥
