Complex Ovarian Cysts

I've been dealing with complex cysts for four years now. I was put on a different kind of birth control to control them when i was younger. My fiance and I are trying to conceive now and I was just wondering if anyone else has had trouble with conceiving or even the inability to, due to complex cysts. I have one in both Ovaries, though one is bigger than the other, if i remember correctly. My Gyno believes they're endometrioma. I just want to get a feel on how this will affect my chances of getting pregnant.
