After it was confirmed that you were pregnant with your specialist what was the next step?

Did you call and set up an appointment with an OB afterwards? Just curious. I've had positive pregnancy tests and just had a beta done and still waiting on them to call me. I'm just wondering what my next step after this is going to be. Were you done with your specialist after you were confirmed pregnant?

Call your doctor and make a prenatal appointment. They'll usually see you when you're about 8-10 weeks along. Also I'd call my insurance and see what they cover as far as pregnancy and postpartum.

I went to my primary doctor first to confirm the pregnancy and then OB for the actual pregnancy.

I only had one Dr. it was an Obgyn and they saw me every four weeks unless something was wrong.
