As I understand it, if you were working out before you go pg, then yes, you can still work out. The main thing is where you weren't working out before that you don't start a rigorous excercise routine once you are pg. You might like to try a pregnancy yoga class too!

As long as your doc doesn't tell you not to it's ok, just don't strain yourself or do more than you did before.
