New vegan!
Hi ladies!!!!!!!! I had my first last October, and recently had a miscarriage a few weeks ago. I am also having gallbladder attacks due to gallstones since pregnancy. I watched Forks over Knives and What the Health (by recommendation) and I am on Day 4 of a plant-based, whole Foods (vegan) diet. I am only eating fruits, veggies, grains, seeds, nuts, and lentils. I'm doing it not only to lose weight (overweight) but more importantly to get healthy. I want to continue the vegan lifestyle when I get pregnant again too! My husband and I did it for 3 months before my last pregnancy, and I loved it!
So excited to start this journey!!!!!!!
