Round ligament pain?

Does round ligament pain feel like a pulled muscle? I have that kind of pain in my lower right belly. Is this normal or should I go to the dr.?

I bought a pregnancy belt to help support my tummy without pulling the ligaments. I got mine from Walmart for $15 Target also has them for $44. It was the best investment

Feel free to call your doctor, but the other night I went to shift my pregnancy pillow and felt this horrible pain on my right side near my pelvic bone.. then, all night it was sore. Called the doc the next morning and she said it was most likely my RL getting tweaked and causing the pain. If this is your first LO (it is for me) this ligament is VERY tight and doesn't have much wiggle room for quick movements. If you have any other symptoms or something doesn't "feel right" call the doc 👍🏻
