Does progesterone reduce you changes of getting pregnant????i just started taking them after missing my period for three months ? Could this effect me??

It increases the chances.. I take a shot progesterone every night, I'm sick and tired of it but it's vital in my case.

Progesterone is produced after ovulation and helps sustain a pregnancy. Given the fact that you haven't had a cycle in several months that means you haven't ovulated which is why you've been given progesterone.

Technically should increase your chances. I was not getting pregnant because of low progesterone.
