I have no clue what I am doing. I have no clue what I am taking my temperature for every morning (should it rise or lower on day of ovulation?) or how to tell if my OPK test is positive. But I've been tracking for almost a week now. most of this week my temperature has been hovering around 97.7 but today it was 97.4, attached is a photo of my tests so far. today is day 13 of my cycle, that is completely irregular, so I have no clue how to predict when ovulation is or when my period should start. (last cycle was a 37 days)
