New to the TTC Journey

Hello Glow-Peeps! I'm Sarah and I'm a music teacher from WV. My DH, David, and I have been married a little over one year and are wanting to start the TTC journey. I'm very excited but also very anxious. My mother had fertility issues and I have a couple health issues working against me. My doctor suspected I have endometriosis but I was never surgically diagnosed; BUT my cycle is extremely irregular. My sister had no trouble getting pregnant when she and her hubby were TTC so I fear the fertility problems my mom had skipped her and I'll have them. Any tips, helpful/positive thoughts as a TTC beginner?
