Molina health care of WA, free car seat?

Has anyone gotten this benefit apparently it is based on points now?

I had Molina with my first son, and it was a piece of shit insurance company. A breast pump was not covered, not even rentable. It was a mission and a half for them to cover my sons delivery via csection. And so much more!!! 
I should add I live in Florida and this was in 2015. Hopefully they've bettered their plans since. 
But I've never heard of any insurance company covering a car seat.
