Opinions on "What the Health " Documentary?
Recently a documentary called "What the Health" came out, linking animal based diets to diabetes and heart disease.
To a certain extent, I get it (eating a bunch of fatty meats has gotta be bad for you) but it seems to me the director is making outrageous claims about food and using scare tactics to change the way people think about food. For instance, he says that eating an egg a day is as bad as smoking 5 cigarettes a day due to the Cholesterol. 🤔

I've done some studying and it seems a lot of scientists are debunking his theories. I'm curious- what did YOU think about it? Do YOU think he makes good points? What did you agree/disagree with?
