So me and my boyfriend decided awhile ago not to use condoms because they irritate me.. and I dont use birth control because I don't like pumping hormons into my body.

I have never been late for a period and I use 3 different period trackers which also have the times that you ovulate so im extra careful and i know my body well..

I am now 4 days late, and I haven't had any cramping at all which I usually do.. so I'm nervous that I am pregnant.

I took a pregnancy test last night and it came out negative.. any suggestions?

Should I try taking one in the morning, or wouldn't that matter?
