Coffee?

Is coffee really bad to drink during pregnancy? I never drink coffee but just randomly had two cups during brunch and realized afterwards that most websites say it should be avoided! Yikes! Will someone let me know if I should be worried? I'm 7 weeks/1 day!

Up to 200 mg a day is fine. I've had a cup of coffee everyday and will be 34 weeks tomorrow. Don't worry!

They recommend against coffee as it makes it harder for your body to absorb nutrients. (That's why you have to pee more after drinking caffeine) just drink some water and have a health tea. :)

I think the guideline says 300mg a day or 1 cup of coffee. I'm sure this one time will be okay. Just drink lots of water 😊😊
