Tattoos on teachers?

So I'm going to school to become a high school teacher and I really love this tattoo or something similar but people keep telling me I can't get it because no one will hire me because of it. Any thoughts?

My mom's been a high school teacher for literally my entire life.. she has a back piece that she just got redone and a seahorse on her inner arm/wrist area.. a lot of teachers at my high school covered theres.. but like my mom
also didn't get her tattoos until she was well established at the school, but like everyone loves her.. I'd always get "oh you're mrs. b's daughter or oh that's mrs. b's daughter"😂 she's more popular than I was 😂😂
