Need help

When I woke Friday morning I used the bathroom and seen a little blood when I wipe. So took it as oh my period is coming... I remember laying down Thursday night I got dizzy out of no where it happened like 3 times and had a crazy unusual headache... Friday evening I used the bathroom and when I wiped I seen something that o never seen before... I'm not to sure what is I googled it similar pictures popped so now I'm worried... I hoping it's not what said it is. If it is I didn't know I was pregnant... don't see how and I'm have an iud... I know anything is possible...
