MY VAGINA IS SWOLLEN 😭

so recently, i've posted about my baby daddy leaving if i don't get an abortion. needless to say i think i'm pregnant. i've been having heartburn, stomach burns, stomach growls, i'm always hungry, and i have never craved coffee so damn hard. well this morning i woke up and my vagina was itching. so i felt down there and noticed it was really swollen. and i went to the bathroom and looked at it in the mirror and completely freaked out. it was SOOOOOO swollen. idk what's up with it 😭😭😭 could this be an early sign of pregnancy????? please help. thanks 💓
