Positive Test! Need question answered !

Well I never thought I would be one to post this but Thursday morning I woke up after a SUPER vivid dream of having a baby. I had sore nipples for a week, and cramps but no period. Well 4 tests later they're all fully positive ! No faint lines, just strong lines. The digital one said 3+ weeks! Question though: did anyone go through their pregnancy without a family doctor? Just a midwife? I live in a smaller town and there's only wait lists for family doctors and I have been on them for a while. Should I be worried???
