Early Positive

Anyone test positive early...like at 3 weeks? I went to the dr on 8/8 for my annual appt and pregnancy test came back positive. 3 weeks and around 4 days he said. My test line was dark! I'm now 4 weeks and 1 day with headaches and nausea that comes and goes.

Anyone test positive early and end up with twins?! My husband swears up and down this pregnancy is twins..
