hi there I need advise I'm pregnant with my second and my husband and I are super excited yet surprised took out my iud in June and got pregnant so fast I'm 4w5d... anyways my sister is young she is turning 21 soon and has been having the hardest time getting pregnant and suffered a misscairage this year like in January and she has been depressed lately she doesn't say much to me but I know she is now don't know how to tell her I'm pregnant I feel guilty like I can't be fully happy but yet feeling like I can't help when I get pregnant either and can't put my life on hold.
