Do you get cramps BEFORE your period?

The last couple of months I started to get cramping before I even start my period. Just wondering if anyone else gets this as well.

I never got cramps before my period. The day I cramped would be the day AF would start. BUT in January I had cramps for a couple of days and no AF which was really odd. And I was getting them 5 days before my expected period. Come to find out I was pregnant 😁 which we had been TTC for 4 months. Crazy how you just know your body enough to know when something seems off lol

Yep, I get them exactly a week before hand its how I know when I'm going to come on!
