Sleeping issues
I really didn't know where to put my question, but this group seems to be the most fitting sort of. So here goes:
I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I've always been like this. Even when I was real little (I'm 16 turning 17 this week btw) I had to take melatonin just to go to bed. I'm taking it again but 10mg is the highest dose you can buy from the store I think and 20mg barely works. Even if I do fall asleep after taking it I only stay asleep a couple hours. Should I up the dose again to 25 or 30? Maybe I should go get checked out to see if there's other issues related to me not being able to sleep? I'm always tired and all I want to do is sleep which is why it's bugging me so much that I can't. Any advice would really help.
