cramps and fever??

Question

I am having lower abdominal cramps that include: backache, achy body, chills and a fever of 102. I had the cramps yesterday that were just dull and annoying but today they have been horrible. This isnt implantation is it? im trying to wait to see if I need to go to the er.

thanks the fever has finally broke and the cramps have finally calmed from what was going on earlier. if im still cramping tomorrow I am defiantly going to the dr. thanks for the help ladies.

No it's prob not implantation. It sounds very much like a kidney infection with a fever of 102. You would prob be ok to get to your reg doc first thing in the morning if you don't want to go to the hospital but you do need to go in. I hope you feel better soon.
