Sleep on stomach during pregnancy?

I've only ever slept on my stomach all my life. I believe I'm 6 wks pregnant (going to OB/GYN next week to confirm) and now I'm scared to sleep on my stomach. I keep waking up in the middle of the night to change positions. Any advice?

Sleep on your stomach until it's too uncomfortable to do so. It's not going to hurt anything. Your little seed is well-protected. :)

At 6 weeks you're fine. I slept on my stomach a little bit after 20 weeks.... Now (34 weeks) it is no longer comfortable. I've always been a stomach sleeper and I miss it so much.

Sleep however you're comfortable, I am a stomach sleeper and as pregnancy progresses each time I have continued most of the way through.

I slept on my tummy til 35 weeks pregnant when my bump got too big to do so

If u feel comfortable sleeping on ur stomach u can. I always used to sleep that ways bt wen i found out that m pregnant, sleeping in this way made me feel uncomfortable.
