Is this normal?

Hey I have unprotected sex a lot. Lately I have had a missing period of 12 days then lastnight i started having extreme cramps and then tiny blood clots in my pee with blood only showing in my underwear. Not the usual seeing my period blood in my urine it's just dark brown pee with tiny blood clots. Lastnight my cramps were so bad I couldn't move it hurts when I walked and was shaking. A couple days ago I was scared I was pregnant. I tested and got a negative. I've been feel really nauseous, tired, I've had something that was cloudy and stretchy and sticky that went out of my vagina the 14 days ago which was the day after we had unprotected sex and I have no idea what's wrong with me
