may be a dumb question
This is mine and my husband's first month ttc. I am 6 days past ovulation. I'm 26 and never had cramps or period pain ever. Tonight I noticed a slight twinge/ pain coming from the right side of pelvis and into mid pelvic area. I have a Hx of kidney stones, but this isn't that kind of pain. very mild. Just curious if implantation pain can be like this and not cause any bleeding?
