Implantation

Hey ladies, I'm 6/7 Dpo,

I've had no spotting so far, I've still got light positive opk's, but ive been having all over back pain since last night at 5/6 dpo, now today it is mostly lower back/ hips. I was wondering has anyone had this before, I've got no cramps but I'm fatigued and have a very slight headache.

Has anyone experienced this before and ended up being pregnant?

is this a sign of implantation?

Any tips to ease the pain?
